Future Ready Maryland
Save the date for an AI Summit in Baltimore, MD. Come hear Maryland students’ perspective on AI now and future in this rapidly changing digital landscape.
The MCCE AI Education Summit is unique for all PreK-12 and higher education stakeholders as it features student voices, opportunities, and education resources for educators, school districts, and colleges/universities across Maryland. This summit will empower educators and district leaders to engage with AI as professionals and teach AI across the curriculum. MCCE is also inviting federal and industry partners to share educational opportunities for students in the STEM fields, such as internships, apprenticeships, or certification pathways. We are expecting 300 to 400 attendees. These opportunities and resources are vital to supporting students and the opportunities for the Maryland Blueprint for Education, the landmark legislation focusing on career readiness and multiple pathways for students, changing the state's education landscape.
MCCE is seeking participation in the following capacities: sponsors, presenters, and other roles as needed. We are also looking for contributors to share educational opportunities for students in the STEM fields, such as internships, apprenticeships, or certification pathways, and resources for teaching with and about AI, district frameworks, or guidelines.
